Lee Manning

name Earle Good has been interested in living a whole healthy life since he was diagnosed with pre-diabetes in 2001. He wasn't a very active teenager he lived a very sedentary life. Of course that sedentary life followed him into college and combined with a poor diet of fast food he was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Being diagnosed with pre-diabetes caused him to have a whole new perspective on his life and how he was taking care of himself and his body. His new mission in life was to life healthier by exercising, maintaining proper posture, and making better food choices. Many people do not realize how poor posture can affect your health. As a college student this wasn't always easy and working at an office late nights didn't made it difficult to exercise and eat healthy regularly, but he remained persistent. He is happy to say that today he is no longer at risk of developing Type II Diabetes.
